We are pleased to inform you that the majority of the 100+ delayed orders from July have now been delivered. The remaining orders will be arriving within the next few days. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support during this time.

Unfortunately, we encountered a temporary issue with our payment system that affected the transactions for two customers. As a result, we were unable to successfully process the payments for their orders. We kindly request that these two customers make the payment upon receiving their items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If we do not receive payment by the end of this month, we will be compelled to take further action, including publicly addressing the issue and pursuing other measures to resolve the non-payment.
