Notice: Update on Recent Order Shipment Delay

First and foremost, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your continuous support and patience.

Due to the recent upgrade of our mold materials and logistics congestion, we experienced delays in fulfilling recent orders. We are pleased to inform you the updated DIY denture kits have now arrived at our warehouse in the United States.

We have already emailed the 100+ orders affected by this delay to confirm if you would like to proceed with your orders. Upon receiving your confirmation, we will complete the shipment within one business day from our U.S. warehouse.

Additionally, for customers whose orders were placed between July 1st and July 15th and were affected by this delay, we are offering a small compensation as a token of our apology. This compensation will be provided within 30 days after your order is fulfilled. Meanwhile, the customers can contact us for exclusive discounts when they buy again or refer their friends to buy.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding and continued support.
