Overview
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return, refund, or exchange. After that, we can’t offer a refund or replacement.
We accept returns and refunds only for items that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for partially or fully used products or for items without any issue.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, please make sure:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- It comes with the original packaging.
- You include a receipt or proof of purchase.
- You email us at smile@dentureway.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- You attach photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
After we review your request, we may ask you to send the item back to a specific return address.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
Some items are non-returnable:
- Products that have been used
- Items without any quality issues
How to Request a Return or Refund
To make the process smooth, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
- We’ll check your request and reply with next steps.
- If approved, we’ll send you the return shipping address.
- You may need to ship the item back at your own cost.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your item:
- We’ll notify you by email about the result.
- If approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method.
- You’ll see the credit within a few business days.
Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?
Here’s what you can do:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider or bank—sometimes it takes a few days.
- Still no refund? Email us at smile@dentureway.com.
Exchanges
If your product is damaged or defective, we’ll gladly offer an exchange. Just email us with the order details and photos, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Return Shipping Info
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
